Mr. Burns and his capable staff really saved the bacon for me in a messy, complicated divorce. I won't think twice the next time I need a lawyer.

I came across attorney James Burns on-line looking for a representation of my girlfriend's case. I had done moderate research for a suitable choice, in substance and cost. I called a handful attorneys from my search on-line, and a few from personal references to briefly discuss the case. I chose attorney James for two reasons, his level of assurance in setting an expectation, and cost as well. I and my girlfriend weren’t going to have the convenience of having a personal meeting with our attorney of choice as I was overseas and my girlfriend was locked up. So we relied on the level of assurance given, for us to have an expectation. Attorney James was prompt in establishing the contract. We didn't communicate much later but he was clear about his part in the legal proceeding ahead. A plea was achieved in the first court hearing itself. My girlfriend mentioned that attorney James was very professional in his presentation at court, and was well prepared. We are are satisfied and recommend attorney James Burns.

Mr. James Burns was/is the best lawyer! I was facing a very high bond because of my out of state license, and Mr. Burns got my bond down very low, and saved me a lot of money! He did EVERYTHING he promised he would do, and everything went so much more smoothly than I could have hoped for. He is a great person as well and will explain everything so you understand it completely. He's very trustworthy and honest and is definitely one of the best lawyers out there!

I contacted him a requested by the court house to exchange information about a case and he was very rude, insulting, and disrespectful. He clearly has fallen to the character of those who he represents.

Mr. Burns is an outstanding attorney who goes above and beyond. He has an extensive knowledge of the legal system and practices not only in Florida but also Alabama. I hired Mr. Burns to represent me in both my Fl and Al custody/abuse cases. Having one attorney handle both cases saved us a great deal of time and expenses in legal fees.He is also a very compassionate man when it comes to dealing with children in the legal process. He went to great lengths to assure my son's rights were protected. For that, our family is sincerely grateful.
