I had a long time problem with a timeshare and did'nt know how to act and was worried about it. David Woodwards answered all my questions with care and and wrote in a way I could clealy understand. I just want to thank him and any time I need a lawyer in Florida I will contact him.

I contacted David through AVVO and was so pleased I did. He helped me with a foreclosure. I am not a US resident so was unsure of the procedures. David explained everything to me, helped me understand each step and led me to an acceptable outcome. His knowledge of international matters was very reassuring. Came to my house to assist in a case. Required $1000.00, said he would send a receipt and in 45 days the claim would be settled. Never got the receipt and the case was never filed. Many attempts were made through the phone and e-mail and no response. Never pay this lawyer up front
