I put $2000 down towards the retainer, met with her a few times about my case, she didn't know anything about my case each time. She then "advised" me to handle it on my own after constantly making negative statements. She did absolutely no work on my case and I still couldn't get my money back.

If you need help with Family Law then Earlynn Stillwell is your attorney! My case was a bit difficult and she never failed me. I live in Alabama and had to fight my custody battle in Florida and she always made sure that I was informed correctly to help guide me in making the right decisions. Even when the judge said he didn't think it was best to involve a guardian ad litem, Earlynn filed the paperwork anyway. She knew that our situation warranted my children having a voice of their own. She referred me to the guardian that was hired and without that guidance, my children may not be home today where they belong. I am eternally grateful to Earlynn and her entire team!

She was awesome, went above and beyond what was expected and then helped me out of town as well. She is a fantastic attorney and is easy to work with.

Terrible experience! Not only was she horrible at representing me, but she also mailed me someone else's documents with explicit pictures! Sloppy in appearance and work ethics. Communication was a disaster. Would absolutely not recommend!

Highly recommend Stillwell and her law firm. When i felt hopeless she gave me hope to get my kids out of a bad situation.Took about a year and here we are with temp custody, would definitely give her a shot!

Stillwell has been extremely helpful to answer any additional questions I’ve had over the years, and Tina is very personable. Sometimes they misspell my name on documentation, so just be diligent when reviewing paperwork. They always edit and send back promptly.

I can’t recommend this attorney because it was too hard to get a hold of her. I was not able to get contacted for a consultation, after multiple attempts over a week. I decided to seek another attorney after the phone call appointment this morning came and went with no call, no email, no anything. It’s disheartening because she said this morning and this time would work.. it was her own suggested date and time, she got to pick. I would have appreciated even a “Can we reschedule, something came up,” or any communication at all, but none came. I scheduled time out of my work day for my 30 minute consultation and never heard anything. Since it was already difficult to get the consultation to begin with, I did not find it in my best interest to remind her of our phone appointment this morning that was missed. I just do not feel valued enough as a client so I will seek help elsewhere.
