In life you encounter people who have a passion for their job and don’t do things just for the money. Today I met Mr Rogozinski at the court house for the first time. My Lawyer failed to Appear today at court. My family and I where devastated. I was sure my husband was going to be arrested but to the negligence of our actual attorney. And then an Angel appeared out the blue. He did so much for us without even knowing us, or getting any profit from us.. If you are looking for someone who actually cares, who is honest this is your man❤️. I will be forever thankful

To make a long story short on Nov. 10th 2016 I was charged with 2 DUI's back to back, about 8 hours apart, thats right some kind of double-dumbass record for sure that I'll always regret.I pulled a Tiger Woods before he did it,I took some prescription meds and had a bad reaction.I hell it was the damn reaction I was looking for to be truthful,I'm just so lucky nobody was hurt or anything like that.Man do I regret those two stupid decisions I made on that day.Well Jason got one of them reduced to reckless driving and for the other I got 6 months suspened license. My court date was back in January and I got my license cleared yesterday, man what a good job he did for me.I cant say enough about the guy,he really seems to give a damn about his clients and works magic in the courtroom obviously. He really is that good.I would recommend him very highly

Our system is soo jacked up! And then I was afraid to deal with Attorneys because I seen “the Devil’s Advocate”. All of us have our own story to tell of why we have a “Warrant out for your Arrest”. My specific reason was Domestic Violence. To make a long story short, I recently moved to Clearwater, Fl from San Antonio, Tx, and was looking forward for my two daughters to visit me last summer for fun in the sun, filled with jet ski rides, tours, and just bummin’ it on the beach. By the time their visit was halfway done. The oldest decided it was in her best interest to attempt to beat the crap out of her Dad, because basically things weren’t going her way. The shock on my face had to be priceless to see your 1st born come at you fist and feet. As I feel most fathers do, we love our daughters no matter what situations they get caught in or how old they get. We still see them as our little Angels. Anyways, I restrained her, we rolled off the bed, I got in my car and left for work with a swollen eye, and eventually had to leave work because I couldn’t see well. According to the Police report they said that she had a bruise on her head. Soon after, they departed their vacation in Florida and returned to San Antonio, Tx. This happened back in July of 2016. I talked to the Investigating officer soon afterwards and nothing was made of it. Eight months later, I had a Warrant out for my Arrest. Not understanding I called the Investigating Officer that told me to basically turn myself in. Confused on why this is happening now, I went to the internet to look for an Attorney, and ran across Rogo Law. I gave him a call in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. I could hear kids in the background as if he was having lunch or playing with them. To my shock, he did not blow me off and tell me to call on a weekday. He removed himself from his family and heard my situation with undivided attention. I felt he really understood my situation and was aggressive on what I needed to do to spend as little time in jail as possible, from what time to turn myself in, so I could be processed out by the next day. When a few unforeseen circumstances yielded its ugly head as with our judicial system. He not only handled it professionally, Jason even harassed my family to let them know what needed to be done, which I extremely appreciated. His prices are fair, and the best thing, he will work with you financially. It's sad to see our beloved government system so caught up in chasing after the wrong people, with true crimes that are passed by every day. I paid a lot of money for my daughters to enjoy sunny Florida, only to see it turn into a nightmare. Thanks for Attorneys like Jason Rogo to even the odds on a system that I feel would prefer everybody be locked up or on some type of probation. My case was dropped because of his due diligence on Aug 22, almost a year later on when this happened. I am not an advertiser or a fan of our judicial system. I am extremely happy that I made that phone call to Jason. One hell of an Attorney. Thank you. I can now go on with the rest of my life.

Resolved my case very quickly, worked hard to research defenses and provided many to settle the case. From the initial phone call details were explained thoroughly, about the case and fees. They had the upmost confidence that my case could be settled with no damage to myself, and they delivered completely. I would highly recommend seeking out counsel here. If I ever need to have legal representation again I will seek Mr. Dickerson and his group’s help first.

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Plant City, Florida?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
