Very good helped alot through a tough time and case

Leisa's firm was professional and a very tough advocate during my case, in which I was finally successful in seeing my Daughter for the first time in 2 years. Leisa does not waste time, she listened carefully to my concerns and when needed, broke down complex legalize in order for me to understand her strategy. I've worked with other lawyers who didn't listen to me or forgot the key facts about my case. Leisa is not like that at all. She and her staff are quick to respond to email or voicemail. That meant a lot to me, as child visitation issues can be an emotionally trying experience. I'd recommend the Family Matters Law Group to anyone who wants to win their case and have compassionate, but firm legal representative!

I am writing this review because I know how difficult it can be to find the right lawyer and I want other people to know what outstanding, professional service I received with Nazarena Ocon Hauser. Let's face it, when going through a divorce, especially when a child is involved, you're emotionally and physically stressed, you want to hire a lawyer who will listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable and most of all who will fight for what is fair in the 'better interest' of the child. Someone who is smart, experienced and undoubtedly familiar with family law. A lawyer who is both compassionate and professional. Ms. Hauser is all those things and more. I was being represented by another Law Firm who, in my opinion, made me feel like I was begging them for a favour, never replied to my emails in a timely manner (sometimes not at all) and prolonged my case for months. This is why, through a friend's referral, I reached out to Ms. Hauser and I have absolutely no regrets, it was one of the best decisions I have made. She was very reasonable and worked with me. She was always available and my phone calls/emails were answered promptly. She was very informative and fair. Always kept me updated and helped me understand what to expect and what not to expect.
