Woo Hoo!!! I just got off the phone with you Attorney Charles and I'm so happy that my case is finally resolved. It took a while but we did it. Last summer, I had a bad hit and run on the Palmetto by an out of state driver. He took off and kept driving. I spent a week in the hospital and each traffic lawyer that I called told me that I didn't have a case because I couldn't find the other driver. It was my Nurse at Palmetto General Hospital who told me she knew of a lawyer who can track anybody down. She recommended Lawyer Steve Charles and her exact words were "That law firm is like the FBI". I really didn't think it was possible, but I called Charles Personal Injury Law and his team and they visited me in the hospital, took my statement, pics of my injuries and assured me that he was gonna find the driver. He went to work immediately on my case and his team kept me updated with police reports and my rehabilitation. Within a few days, he told me that they received the traffic camera's video footage, found witnesses and the driver who lived all the way in Minnesota. I could not believe that this guy hit my car, hurt me and kept driving north all the way to Minnesota. That's crazy to me. On top of it, Attorney Charles realized that the guy used a company car to hit me. Justice was served! Every body got sued! The settlement amount was worth the wait and the pain. I plan to use the settlement to get a new car and taking Mr. Steve's advise to buy a car that has rearview camera's and also buy an internal camera. Also planning to put a down payment on a home and take a mini vacation. Thanks again to Attorney Charles and his team. I never thought that it was possible to find this guy. I know I was crying when you visited me in the hospital, but I am laughing all the way to the bank now. He hit the right car that day! Ha! Ha!

I have known Hegel for over 20 years and he has always been the same caring and conscientious person. I have referred clients to him who have had issues with their landlords not returning their security deposits which are difficult cases that almost no lawyer accepts. He takes them and sees them through to the end. He does trials, appeals . . . almost everything.

He was so disorganized, ill prepared and incompetent in Case # CACE21004482, that the Judge entered a Direct Verdict against him and did not let a Jury decide. A Judge entering a Direct Verdict is not common and a client not being able to even seek an appeal is shameful. Those Clients paid a lot of money and look what happened to them.
