My case has been ongoing since 2010. I was finally granted a higher VA rating for my injuries in 2018 after years of appeals back and forth. I saw some negative reviews so I felt compelled to now defend them. I owe Ken and his team a debt of gratitude for all the help they've given me. The least that I could do was to mention the great work that his team has done for my case. I can easily recommend Lavan & Neidenberg Law Firm to anyone who needs someone in their corner to guide them through the VA disability process.

I spoke Att Lavan in Feb. I had already sent him all my info. He said we'll take care of you!! A week or so later I got a later from an adjudicator.the contact he put me in touch with told me exactly what needed to do. To shorten and go straight to a satisfactory conclusion, I received. My DDSI award in April. So grateful to Kenneth Lewis Lavan!!!! Now can I get a referral for a bankruptcy attorney plz!@@

Although it takes awhile to be scheduled for a hearing before an Administrative Judge...it is no fault of the Law Firm...but due to the back log of the Social Security System....but I must say I was very pleased with my Case Developer Betsy Joseph...who returned all my calls and kept my case updated and let me know what I needed to do...she was just an all around nice person..(she is a keeper)...also my Attorney, Ms. Amy Shenstone was very knowledgeable about my case and had all the necessary paperwork available for my hearing...because of these two people it made this frustrating, long process bearable...hats off to a job well done..(please let these two people mentioned know that I am grateful for all that was done. ( It's because of them that my case was a success)..Thanks again for your services...

For three decades I tried to have a fair and honest evaluation by the VA concerning my numerous disabilities.Years of frustration came to a head one night when I responded to an ad by Lavan/Neidenberg. A representative came to my residence with all the forms needed to get the ball rolling, and in months instead of years, justice was finally served, and I received a positive outcome. Dealing with the VA takes time, be patient. If you have a legitimate claim you will get results, as they stay on top of it and never missed a filing deadline. I can't thank them enough for changing my life for the better.

I found Kenneth Lavan and firm on website. I listened and was very impressed. I got on the phone within an hour they sent someone to my house. I had all my medical bills. My diagnosis from my doctors. I knew from the beginning that the person at my house was a clerk. But he had a lot of information. In a couple of weeks I got a call from there call service center letting me know that I needed to call once a month. I did. Updated my file etc. Then I just kicked back and let them do their work. I knew it would be 2 years. And it was. The lady I talked to before going before the judge told me not to talk let her do it. I did. And I won. This isn't a complaint but one thing is no one ever contacted after. Just a letter stating that the case was over.

I just needed to inform you that I received some mail (advertisements) from DISABILITY PLANNERS located in UTAH. And they said they are apart of your firm. To make long story short, I called them because they claimed they could help and I told the guy E.C, "I DON' MIND. I JUST DO NOT WANT TO TO CHANGE MY DOCTORS". He called me back and stated, "YOUR DOCTOR IS IN THE NETWORK" and sent the forms to me. The following week, I was in the hospital for PNUEMONIA. Plus they found out I have an ENLARGED HEART and plus the surgeoun had to drain fluid from around my heart. So I was in the hospital (Memorial) for almost 2 weeks. As soon as I returned to see my doctor, we found out she is not in the network and I told my case manager, Miss G. (I can't use names) that I will not see another doctor and why did this guy who supposedly works as a 3rd party under your firm would make such a lie just to make a commission? Now, as I'm writing this, I'm without a doctor and me and my case manager is working on trying to disenroll me in that plan (UnitedHealth). I can't even see my cardiologist or anything and as the last time I spoke with my doctor, Dr. E., I told her, "I'm still having chest pains". I received a case worker who calls me periodically, always calls me back, and are very clear on their instructions. Used my L&N notebook. They seem to be taking my case pretty seriously.

Since I first went to the office I was treated very professional, and are moved with me I'm struggling a Social Security disability. I was assigned to Andrea, she is very attentive and professional in their work, whenever I needed this to contact me. Employees also is what a lawyer Excellent fima humanitarian needs are and put in place yourself.

LaVan and Neidenberg was I heard through a reliable source. The exact word was excellent they said. This is my first time using them, so the only thing I can say right now is they have been great so far. If I win I would Scream to the top of my voice.
