Stephanie was recommended to me and she did not disappoint. I needed an attorney to assist me with filing a Medicaid application for my mother. I initially was looking for a nursing home for my Mom and Stephanie recommended a contact that was able to narrow down the options to the handful of facilities that provide memory care in Broward County for my Mom. She is very knowledgeable about Elder Law and is very compassionate and is a very good listener. She spoke in terms that I understood. Her staff was kind and available and always returned emails and phone calls. Stephanie was calm and listened to all of my concerns. I retained Stephanie Schneider for estate planning services for my mother after researching and interviewing several other attorneys. My father had died earlier in the year with no estate plan in place which created many challenges so it was imperative that my mother's affairs be put in order. I worked with Stephanie Schneider for about 6 years....my wife suffers from Alzheimers Disease. After a detailed search I went to Stephanie...my Financial Advisor, my regular lawyer, my Medical Doctor ALL said to go to Stephanie...she is #1 in this field. I first become aware of Attorney Schneider by attending a seminar at the West Regional Library. I found her presentation very informative and decided to arrange an appointment to discuss my estate planning. Her office was very professional and sent me a packet which contained information that I need to gather in-order to be prepared for our meeting. Ms. Schneider went over the information packet with me in her office and listened to what I wanted done. Her staff was available to me if I had any questions concerning the paperwork that was being prepared. The next appointment was to go over the requested documents and they were discussed in detail so that I would feel comfortable about what was in them.
