Was promised to receive a settlement check within 6 weeks. It's now 14 weeks, and I still haven't received full payment. After reading other comments, this seems to be a common issue. I have been told multiple times that the check would be sent out the following week only to find out that wasn't so. The last time was almost 3 weeks ago.
