I live in the UK and they helped me sort out all of my late aunt’s estate - it was difficult times, especially due to Covid and lockdown, but they were always on hand and went the extra mile to assist. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to anyone needing professional advice and help.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service provided by The Law Offices of Samantha J. Fitzgerald for our Estate Planning. My wife and I were in need of updating our estate papers. We wanted to re-do everything, from Living Wills, Health Care Surrogates and Durable Powers of Attorney to Wills and a Revocable Trust. We had all these documents, but they were years old and needed to be updated. We met with an attorney in Miami and were close to retaining him, but when our financial advisor recommended Samantha Fitzgerald, we decided to drive to Plantation and meet with her first. We liked her instantly and were impressed with her ability to make things understandable. Though using Samantha and her staff required a fairly long drive for us from South Dade, we decided it would be well worth the effort. We were right! Samantha and her entire staff (especially Andrea at the front desk) made us feel like family. The work was done on time and with only one more trip to Plantation to sign the final papers. Questions on our part were easily discussed and answered by phone and the final product turned out to be exactly as we had hoped for. A big thank you to a WONDERFUL group of professionals, especially SAMANTHA!
