Estaba extremadamente estresada porque los fondos congelados de el Demandante eran los fondos que tenía que pagar mi renta. En su consulta, aprendí por primera vez que podía recuperar monetariamente de estas violaciones ilegales y que la ley permite la recuperación de los honorarios de los abogados de la parte perdedora si yo podía prevalecer en una demanda en su contra. Mientras los visitaba también me di cuenta de que podía sacar mi propio informe de crédito de forma gratuita anualmente. Me decepcionó que no supe esta información antes porque había llamado a una agencia de reparación de crédito y esa compañía me cobro $ 95.00 para retirar mis informes de crédito. Desearía haberlos llamado ANTES de haber llamado a cualquier compañía de reparación de crédito porque ahora me he dado cuenta de que es mejor consultar a un abogado de protección al consumidor para averiguar mis derechos con respecto a lo que aparece en mi informe de crédito que pagarle a una empresa de reparación de crédito que no son abogados. La mejor parte de todo esto es el hecho de que ofrecen consultas iniciales gratuitas. ¡Recomendaría sus servicios A+++!

I looked at several online choices but the Attorney Lipsky’s review standout the most and I wanted to validate that claim as to why he was the best at what he does. After the end of the process I have to say that my experience with him and his team was more than an A+ excellent service.
