Patty and her team are excellent! They were very friendly, extremely helpful and thorough, and would promptly get back to us whenever we had questions or concerns. When you have a family member that is going through difficult medical issues, it is so helpful and essential to have the peace of mind that all of your concerns are being addressed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Very few times can one say they were thoroughly satisfied with a service, this would be that exception. From the initial consultation, to the explanations in completing required documentation, to file paperwork to multiple updates in the midst of the upheaval of Corona world, Patricia and Karina were magnificent.
