I was referred to this Law Firm by. One of the top law firms in Michigan. Jeffery F. Visiting Fort Lauderdale on my bday 0808 for a job interview with spirit airlines. I'm on my way to get gas I slip and fall at the local gas station. 1 it took weeks to even find the location because I'm from Mi 2 ) I'm still hurt unable to work going through sport Therapy 3) today they call and say they dropped my case with no reason why Just wasted my time.. For all I know due to me being in Mi they Receive compensation for my case($$$) how would I know? I just called with a medical malpractice case, and I think because it seems a little more complicated your office refused to take the case. I have cancer the second time because of this doctor and you don’t wanna take my case.

I worked with my lawyer Tom Jerla and his team, They did an amazing job. Made the process very easy. I can’t thank Tom and his team enough.

I called the Morgan and Morgan office and spoke to one of their reps about a family death and they were not truthful in responding why they wouldn't take my case so I called another firm and I did get an answer as to why,so bottom line they are out just solely out to make money and really don't care to help people who actually bring them money in the first place.

The experience that I have had contact with at Morgan & Morgan is, that they are very attentive to my situation or anything that I have to explain to them.

Everyone has made it so easy for me with my case.

We had a car accident case with them and after the case was settled they handled the processing of the settlement very poorly. After the case was settled in early April, we were told to give them 2 weeks to process everything and we will get the check. That never happened. Instead, its been 4 months and contact with our case manager, Dixie Dent, was basically impossible. No one would respond to emails, phone calls or texts and we still have yet to receive anything from them. The last promise was for the money to be deposited on 8/17 and that didn't happen either. This shows that they do not keep their promises and they keep dragging this case along for unknown reasons. We will continue to pursue this issue until it gets resolved and we will make sure everyone knows that this company treats their clients very poorly, through the media, after their cases gets settled.
