The legal team I was assigned to has completely dropped the ball. I have reached out and was promised a call back but I have yet to receive that, If I don't receive a call In the next day, I will definitely fire this law firm and hire somebody somebody that cares.

Unfortunately I can’t give great view. I did not feel like I was important. I actually was made to feel like I was bothering my rep. My rep took a longtime when returning calls or emails. And my case was pushed along and over before I knew it. In the meantime I still have the injury, and pain which I have to deal with for the rest of my life.

I hate having to give such a low rating, but as big a firm as Morgan and Morgan is, they were unable to help me because the insurance company of the woman who hit me managed to get out from having to pay me on my personal injury lawsuit after winning one against their client for lying on their application about using their personal vehicle to drive for Uber, at the time they we're involved in an accident with me. Morgan & Morgan claims there was nothing they were able to do about it, and so I got nothing; not a penny. Meanwhile, I needed to continue medical treatment on injuries I sustained to my hand during the accident and was planning on using my settlement to pay for it because I don't currently have health insurance and because that never happened, I walk around everyday in pain because I can't afford to pay for it out of pocket. I just feel Morgan & Morgan didn't try hard enough. The drivers insurance company got what they wanted. I win against their client and a win against not having to pay out on a personal injury lawsuit and the victim ends up with the short end of the stick. 😠
