I want to take the time out to thank Ellsley law firm for the remarkable job they have done. This law firm not only treated me exceptionally well but also dedicated their time and effort into my case. Most of all I am grateful of the support and the guidance I have received from Rick Ellsley and his team. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone because of the marvelous job they done for me.

We never dealt with a lawyer before. But when my daughter got hurt inside a business establishment and the owners stonewalled us, we randomly picked an attorney that was everything we feared. Non responsive, not personable, and ultimately gave up on the case because it “wasn’t worth his time.” A friend recommended Rick Ellsley, and it was the greatest advice we ever got. Rick immediately met with us and LISTENED to our situation. He is a caring and compassionate individual first, and a strong and competent attorney second. We were never out of the loop, and were surprisingly always able to speak with him and his staff via text or phone. We had extensive medical and rehab bills, and his team was able to hunt them all down and build a case that went to arbitration. He ultimately got us a fair settlement, with little effort on our part. We highly recommend Rick, without hesitation.

I was in my first ever car accident in March of 2021 while I was out of town working. It was a pretty bad, as well as pretty complicated accident. Because of the complexity of the case, I was told I needed a personal injury attorney and was referred to Phil. I reached out and he called me back while he was away on vacation!!! Right then and there I knew I was in good hands. Phil and his assistant Martha walked me through each and every step…from finding MRI locations near me, recommending surgeons, chiropractors, and every other doctor I had seen. I’m pretty sure I called everyday with more questions about billing, appointments, etc. They always responded within hours (sometimes minutes lol). I truly believe if it weren’t for Phil Snyder I’d still be treading water. I’m dancer, this is my life and my livelihood. The anxiety of this whole process had me on edge but Phil had my back throughout the entire process. He worked with every doctor to lower their fees and help me as much as possible. I had my surgery about a month ago and am finally on the road to recovery. My case was settled within 3 months!!!!!! From what I hear that’s miraculous but so is Phil. I’m beyond thankful I had him as my lawyer along with his incredible team. A treacherous journey was easier because of them. I rarely write reviews, but this team deserves it all and more. Thank you isn’t enough but Phil, you are a genius!

13 out of 10. Amazing is an understatement, Phil picked my stagnant case, closing it fast than I ever thought. The communication from him and his office (Martha), was extremely clear & concise. A very well educated and skillful attorney, I am more than happy with my results.
