First the bad news I was involved in a car accident May 2018. The driver had no insurance and I suffered some neck and back injury. Now for the good news, a friend highly recommended that I call Phil Snyder to represent me. After speaking with him briefly I decided to have him do so. Fortunately I have limited experience with this sort of thing, and Phil was very good about communicating to me the process and what to expect all along. Although Phil was always available to me, Iworked mostly with the para legal Martha Brizuela. She is outstanding. If she was not immediately able to take my calls of which there were many, she always got back me promptly. She is a true professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly kind. She made an not so great life event bearable. She was consistently informative, patient and a pleasure to speak with , even when I was less than.( Sorry and thank you Martha). I highly recommend this firm as it is my belief that Phil and Martha both advocated for me and my needs way better than I could have for myself. Warm Regards and Thanks Again

I was rear ended about 6 months ago. Phil Snyder was referred to me by my chiropractor and I was very impressed by both his professionalism and the results he obtained for me. Known Phil Snyder since 1996. Lucky me. Cut off by driver Nov.5, 2017 while on my motorcycle. Seriously injured but Police Officer wrote it up as incident not accident since there was no contact which meant driver had no liability. Called Phil he told me to concentrate on recovering he would handle the rest. He fought for me, found the driver insurance company, convinced them that their insured cause me to take evasive action to avoid collision and he got me a great settlement for my medical bills and pain and suffering.Great communications, effort and fortitude.Highly recommend Lyons,Snyder & Collin.
