Unbelievable these guys if you can't give him a case they can make a phone call to close they're really not interested, You can say what you want Morgan and Morgan and you can respond to this ad until the sad proof is in the pudding, but don't worry I'll never call you guys again and I'll make sure I let everybody else know the same. But Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Just called for assistance and the customer service operator keeps hanging up on me, not once but three times.

I will never hire this law firm again don’t care very rude the attorney’s assistance one will tell you one thing another will say something completely different we settled a case now we won’t get money for 4 months thanks Morgan and Morgan

I had them take my workman's compensation case and I regret it . There is no communication no one updates me on the status of my case ,I had to keep calling them to the point of me becoming frustrated. When I went to sign my paperwork not only was the secretary rude but the paralegal did not even explain the contract to me ,when I asked her for a copy she then told me I would get a copy when I pick up the check. It was really an error on my part because I put my trust in this big law firm. Bigger is not always better .please do your homework before you choose a law firm , I should have read the reviews and saw how dissatisfied people are with them. At that time I was suffering physically and under alot of pressure financially,but I should have done my homework.

Well after reading the terrible reviews I said to myself maybe things have change, let's give them a try. Well looks like things have not change at all. After being almost 30 minutes with a lady on the phone answering questions, she advised that someone would get back to me. Few hours later a gentleman called once again asking questions and told me that an attorney was going to talk to me and put me on hold, after waiting for 5 minutes I decided I had enough and hung up. No one ever got back to me. Is funny how they pay thousands of dollars on commercials and they are not even close to what they advertise. SMH!

I got into a car accident. I sustained back injuries.. Someone hit me in the back. After completing therapy. I was notified the person who hit me didn't have bodily damage on their insurance. The letter was sent a month ago from this person's insurance. Im just finding out know a month later. They told me the letter got lost in the mail.. I Know I have car damage. Back pain. And my insurance went up due to medical bills. My case is know closed. No payment. Very disappointing.

I received the run around from 4 of their screeners. One screener picked up and told me that no one was interested in my case. The most daunting part of it all is the person who picked up stated no was interested in my case, didn't ask any questions or qualify if they were talking to the correct person. I never got past the screeners. Horrible!

This firm seems focused on taking simple matters that can be resolved rapidly.
