Great customer service, friendly and professional and respectful and clear. AJ was very conscientious and polite over the phone. He showed appropriate concern and empathy. Call was completely quickly and efficiently. Action plan was created. He seemed a little nervous but nice. I don’t really have much to add with respect to continued interaction with this firm given that this is an initial interaction with this company.
