Staci presented a clear process to get my estate plan created. I t was easy to follow and thorough. She answered all of my questions and was detail oriented so that there would be complete clarity when the time comes to execute. I appreciated the time Staci spent working with me and I feel like my family is protected and assured of a smooth transition when my time comes.

I never write reviews for anything, but I feel that this review may help a person in need of a competent, well respected, subject matter expert on social security disability appeals. I was referred to Ms. McNeill and within thirty minutes I received a call from her. After the greetings and pleasantries, Ms. McNeill explained my responsibilities in the process as well as hers. Since my hearing was in almost 3 weeks, we needed to get the ball rolling. As the hearing date approached, Ms. McNeill had no access to my file. The day prior to the hearing she finally received access but there was not enough time to review it. We both agreed that it would best to reschedule. While waiting for the new hearing date, Ms. McNeill kept in contact and the compassion for my situation was radiated in all forms of communication. The evening prior to the rescheduled hearing, Ms. McNeill and I spoke about the hearing, what to expect, and most importantly to be clear, concise and honest when answering any questions asked of me. In the end, we won the case.   If it wasn’t for Ms. McNeill’s passion, determination and knowledge of the process, I don’t believe that I would have been successful. Who knew that I would need a social security attorney at such a young age? It’s been an honor and pleasure to be represented by Ms. McNeill. She is the attorney that you want and need to fight for you.

Barry and his team are smart and responsive professionals who provided us excellent advice. This was no easy task but they made the process seamless.
