I happened to just Google for an attorney and found Joe Lipsky. I did not have any referrals from no one. Turned out to be excellent !!!, Not only precise and efficient with his service. Office completed the job as estimated. Results better than expected. Very accurate and clear information given from Day 1. Staff is excellent. Sandy and Jessenia are courteous, efficient, fast and always responsive when needed. I would highly recommend this office.

Sabrina is so sweet, caring and easy to talk to. She did an awesome job of calming me down after my accident and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure they are taken care of. She worked hard to get me the best settlement. She was easy to communicate with either via email, phone or text. I visited Light & Gonzalez, PLLC because I was having some issues with my vehicle. I had taken my vehicle to a repair shop and they had taken advantage of me by not performing the repairs as they had told me that they would. As a result of their misrepresentations, my vehicle became completely inoperable after I picked it up from the repair shop. This car being my main mode of transportation completely devastated me and I didn’t know what steps to take next. I then decided that I needed an attorney to advise me of my legal rights. After calling approximately 4 attorneys, I became discouraged when no one would take my legal matter. It was not until I called Light & Gonzalez, PLLC and spoke with attorneys Anthony Gonzalez and Greg Light that I realized that I had consumer rights. They advised me of my consumer rights pursuant to the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act, Florida Unfair and Deceptive Acts & Practices Act, Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, etc. I was happy to find out that since they believed that there were some consumer violations in my matter which would allow for the recovery of my attorneys fees and costs paid to be recovered by me if I won my case, that they would be able to offer me representation at a cost that I could afford. Unlike all the other attorneys that I had previously called who refused to take my case, I was happy to find out that Light & Gonzalez truly cared about my matter and wanted to help me out and in fact did exactly that! After taking my case, they fought hard for me and I truly believe that the settlement that was recovered in my case would not have been possible if I had not contacted them. If you are having problems with a motor vehicle repair shop or if you have debt collectors which are sending you letters, calling your cell phone, etc. you would be benefited by their services! Después de tomar mi caso, lucharon mucho por mí y realmente creo que el acuerdo que se recuperó en mi caso no hubiera sido posible si no me hubiera contactado con ellos. Además, es importante mencionar que, senti que no nadamas estaban tomando mi caso por el dinero pero porque realmente les importaba mi situacion. Si tiene problemas con un taller de reparación de vehículos motorizados o si tiene cobradores de deudas que le envían cartas, llaman a su teléfono celular, etc., ¡se beneficiarían de sus servicios!
