Tabitha Taylor is a very conscientous and talented attorney. Her research and writing skills are exceptional, for both appellate and lower tribunal cases. I very highly recommend her to anyone looking for a young, devoted and very capable attorney.

Ms. Taylor was recommended from a friend and I asked her for a consultation upon entering a lease with a new landlord. The landlord had left the move in condition of our new home in horrible shape although he assured us the place was move-in ready. We were concerned we would not be able to get our deposit and first payment refunded given the conditions of the lease. Ms. Taylor was more than happy to look over the lease and promptly replied to us and assured that we were protected under laws protecting tenants and also due to ambiguities in the lease. She promptly contacted the landlord and insisted that our payments be returned and the lease be terminated . The landlord was very recalcitrant, but Ms. Taylor firmly and professionally discussed the reasons why he was in violation and how we were protected under the law. The landlord conceded and we were able to get our payments returned and the lease terminated. Ms. Taylor even took the time to review the lease termination letter the landlord had created and suggested additional language to us to ensure that was no liability on our part. Overall, I had a great experience with Ms. Taylor and would recommend her for promptness, courtesy, and care. She saved us from a nightmare landlord and lease situation and was very understanding of our situation. She addressed the landlord's rude demeanor with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence. I doubt we would have persuaded the landlord to get out of our lease without her knowledge and support!
