Horrible experience! They were super nice when they took my case until they sent me my settlement statement and my mouth dropped! The amount they gave me was something i could’ve made by going to work for 2 weeks! A complete waste of time, energy, and gas! Wiped out my savings trying to stay afloat during the process (which was meant for purchasing a new home) Which was 3xs as much as they gave me! Very disappointed.

Scammers and liars

No money out of pocket. Yea unless they fail and drop your case. Then its FU here is your medical bills have fun. Aweful experience. The person who took the case should have known right off if we had a case. Rediculous.

I had been rear ended by a tanker 3 years ago and I used another firm. The experience was a major disappointment. It happened once again last year when my vehicle was smashed between a semi and work van. The difference in the quality of the work done by Melissa and Marianne,my legal team, was simply amazing. They had the Drs and therapy treatments set up in 2 days. Communication was good and all of my questions/concerns were promptly answered. The settlement was larger than I had received in my former accident. I believe it was the lack of proper coordination from that legal team in regards to medical follow-up,lack of investigative initiative and poor office management. That did not happen at Rubenstein Law and I highly recommend them...thanks for all you help, Liz

I am extremely satisfied with Rubenstein Law and their staff have handled my car accident claim. Rubenstein Law took over my case from another law firm that was chaotic and had lost my paperwork. From the beginning, my legal team has been nothing but professional and responsive. Melissa S. and Marianne frequently called to give me updates and check on how I was doing with my injuries. Both of them always returned my calls within 24 hours, usually the same day. If you are in the situation where you need a good lawyer, don't hesitate to give them a call. I know I got the best possible settlement from them. Highly recommend.

Front desk is terrible. Attorney's only take the highest-rated cases. They don't work with you to make it easier at all.

Not Helpful, I called them . A secretary asked me about all details of my accident and she told me they could not help , when I asked why she said could not say , very frustrating maybe the have gotten so picky that only take highly profitable cases, was not able to even talk to a real lawyer to get some guidance about my case, really disappointed. Hopefully found someone else that helped me.
