We've been dealing with this firm for about 13 months now my husband had an automobile accident back in 2016. We hardly ever get any calls on the case and if we do they say they are doing the best they can. We I call either they are not in the office or they are out and never get a return call until feed days later. It's very frustrating because we put our trust in this law firm thinking it would be an open and shut case. I wouldnt not recommend this firm to anybody. I just called and automatically put on whole no one even answered 👎👎👎

Mi experiencia no fue muy buena, creo en mi opinion que el abogado que me asignaron no fue suficiente en mi defensa, y no me gusto como manipulo mi situacion. Nunca mas volveria a contratarlos.

Had a claim going where I was hit from behind and suffered minor injury to my back. Rubenstein encouraged me to go to the Chiropractor and a month later closed my claim stating the other party did not have bodily protection. I don't get what took so long to discover this, if I knew that from the beginning and if it would have affected my claim I would've never filed a claim with them. A complete waste of time filled with empty promises.

If you need a lawyer Robenatein Plantation is the place to go! Each time I called my concerns were answered/addressed or I received a phone call within a reasonable amount of time. I'll definitely go back if I need it again in the future.
