I recently retained Cheryl Bucker's firm to represent my interest in a divorce. The divorce proceedings were a confusing and frustrating process. I had a thousand questions and a hundred complaints about the entire justice system. Cheryl and her staff, Lindsay and Jenny, patiently answered all of my concerns. Night or day, through email, text, or a personal phone call, they immediately responded to every inquiry. Opposing counsel tried every trick in the book to prolong and sabotage our case, but Cheryl Bucker and her crew adapted and overcome all of them. She brought in legal consultant specialists, sent subpoenas out like missiles, filed appeals to unfair rulings and even schooled the judge on procedural rules. The divorce took 2.5 years but, had it not been for Cheryl , Lindsay, and Jenny, opposing counsel would have dragged it out to 5 years! Thanks to Cheryl's team, I never paid any temporary support, I did not have to pay any of the ex's living expenses ( including mortgage), and I did not have to pay for any of the opposing counsel's legal fee's. When the divorce finally ended, I paid a small one-time settlement and was giving 3 months to pay it. No alimony was awarded for a 30+ year marriage! That is almost unheard of. And, as further proof of her firm's appeal, my settlement amount and Cheryl's legal fee's COMBINED added up to less than half of what the ex's lawyer charged her to take a beating!! If you are considering a divorce, you need to call Cheryl Bucker P.A., before your spouse does!

I have used Cheryl Bucker, PA for several legal proceedings and cannot begin to emphasize how Cheryl and her entire staff went above and beyond in helping me through some very difficult times. Cheryl was there for me every step of the way and helped ease the process by explaining to me in what to expect, how to handle myself and really fought for me. Cheryl, Lindsey and Jennifer are compassionate and really care about their clients. No email, hysterical phone call or question went unanswered. Cheryl really takes the time to explain in detail all the pros and cons of the legal system. Dealing with divorce, children, time-sharing, the court system is highly emotional and at times very confusing. Cheryl has managed to do the impossible! When other attorneys told me things could not be done, Cheryl was able to make it happen! I always felt confident when ever Cheryl told me she would do something. She was responsive and a true professional. She helped to guide me and was able to keep things moving and prevented me from getting stuck in my own emotional drama. Her knowledge is second to none! To all those that are in need of the best legal representation in my opinion. At the time of my decision to get a divorce I interviewed 5 attorney's. 4 males and one female. Of the 4 males they did not inspire me at all. They said well this could happen, that could happen, etc. After my interview of the 4 men I decided to seek help from a female attorney. Considering the aggravated history with my ex I needed a very strong attorney to match the ferocity of my ex. So I called for an appointment with Cheryl Bucker. After giving her my detailed history she got up, came over and hugged me and said I will protect you and she stated that she will not allow my ex wife to take advantage of me anymore. And Cheryl did exactly what she said she would. I felt totally at ease with Cheryl's performance and her no nonsense approach to dealing with estranged ex's. Every problem I had with my ex , Cheryl would stand in charge for me and Cheryl delivered the best results I could have wanted. My divorce was a horrible nightmare but thanks to Cheryl's dedication, careful decision making and the care for me, I walked away in pretty good shape. I can't say that I won because no one is a winner in divorce but I feel without Cheryl's representation I would have walked away a loser. Thank you Cheryl for everything you did for me. I hired this law firm for a divorce case. They were not only helpful and professional... but they were kind and thoughtful during a very difficult time for me. I was given advice I needed to hear!! Not always easy when emotions are involved and you're not thinking clearly. However, Cheryl had my back 1000%; she totally had my best interest in mind. SHE SAVED ME!!! I work with tons of attorneys due to my business... I could have used so many other firms, but I'm blessed and so very happy I chose Cheryl Bucker, PA!!! The best part of my divorce... I went to a free consultation. I was promised way less than I could ever expect for child support payment. They basically said for $3500 it would have been a open, closed case. Nothing was done as we agreed to, my words, my expectations, my settlements were completely changed. What started off as a smooth case altered into a fueling match in between two lawyers that none of the agreements or words were either from both private parties. Back and fourth emails were ranking up my bill, we were not informed that we had gone past our $3500 limit. Not until I called and asked where we were at financially, I was told I was $1000 over our $3500 limit, and I was only given 1 week to pay the extra balance. After neither party agreed to the terms and because false information we had agreed upon, was altered through both lawyers. We had to go to mediation, which now she wanted an extra $500 and she said we should just go to court it’s an extra $3500 right now. So basically I paid $4500 for paperwork to take to court and represent myself in which the judge said to proceed to mediation. I ended up settling in mediation and loosing what I should have been fair for both parties, the opposing party ended up better because they had an attorney. The best thing about the office was the receptionist Jennifer, who was always helping, concerned and sincere. Worst attorney experience ever! Now I have to settle for their mistakes for the next remaining years, until I can afford another professional lawyer to review my case.
