Rude, talked down to me on the phone consult, and told me that my case, that would probably take one or two court dates if that, and would probably be mostly handled by paperwork by his paralegals, his retainer fee was $5,000. For something so simple $5k for the entire case world be too high even. But he told me it's because he had student debt loans to pay..... How unprofessional . your bills are not my problem or an excuse to overcharge. Zero stars. What a crooked lawyer.

Was referred to David Kurlander for probate and trust work by someone who had worked with him for a personal injury claim and wouldn't stop talking about how good of a lawyer he is. We presented him with a question fit for a law school final exam. Not only was David able to complete the work and resolve a question causing pain to our whole family, but his rates and responsiveness were better than any competitor. He is always available to talk, days, weekends. Its very helpful because it can be very hard to talk to a lawyer during standard 9 to 5 business hours.
