Ron, and his team were there for me every step of the way working through a complex case. A lot of firms talk about "teams", but the Bilu Firm actually functions as one. I had access to Ron whenever I deemed it necessary. I was kept well informed throughout the process, and they were willing to consider my input on particular issues. Best of all, we had a better than hoped-for outcome.

Made the mistake of paying a flat fee of $3000 to have Ron negotiate a lower payoff with a lender. From the start it took sometimes weeks for anyone at Ron's office to respond to inquiries. Months go by without any updates and although Ron explicitly cited how he had never been unsuccessful at negotiating down debts with a lender, he was unsuccessful in my case. I guess it must have been the first one if you want to believe that. The property ended being sold at foreclosure for much less than what I had offered to pay the lender.

My experience with this law firm has been exceptional. Navigating my way through my fathers probate was difficult, emotional, stressful and challenging. Nick always had the answers and Andrea was always on the other end of the phone. She was a breath of fresh air when I needed it and was patient when explaining things. Always professional and consistent. This firm has handled the closing of my home, my fathers home and our refinance. I recommend them to everyone!
