They were all extremely professional, happy to answer any questions that I had, and responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. They may be a small firm, but they get results and are not afraid to stand toe to toe with the large firms. They all went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process fulling explaining their recommendations for how to proceed while making it clear that the final decision was mine (their advice was spot on)!
