When I contacted Malcolm, I was overwhelmed dealing with a DUI charge that I had neglected to fully take care of for almost 3 years, along with quite a few issues involving my drivers license. I was almost sure there was nothing anyone could do for me but some friends convinced me to hire a lawyer. During the consultation, Malcolm was realistic about what he could do for my case and knew exactly what he was talking about. He and I went to court and he was very kind and did a great job of keeping me in the loop of what was going to happen in the courtroom and what to expect. He did all of the communicating for me, the only thing I had to do was stand in front of a judge for all of 5 minutes. He attended another court hearing for me, which I was not even required to appear at. I felt he put in a great amount of effort and time towards my case and it was always easy to contact his office when I had questions, and his price was very reasonable for the amount of work he had to put in for my case. Anthony was amazing, I have never been arrested before and it really was a traumatizing experience. Not only being in jail, having this overwhelming feeling of not knowing what my future would be like moving forward. From the beginning of my case Anthony had spoken to me like we were family, he was fully transparent on what he intended to do for my case while having me fully understand the worse case scenario’s as well. Anthony was able to get me a plea agreement to have my felony possession charge disposed and transferred my DUI for Marijuana to County Court (Misdemeanor only). I was arrested for DUI but one of the officers stole some money from my car. When I told Malcolm about it, he questioned me and began to work on the case.
