The attorney was personable, however there were significant issues with communication and case management. He failed to maintain regular contact, only requesting necessary documents and information on the day of court, which was several months after being hired. Additionally, he did not discuss any strategies or details about the trial beforehand. I feel that having Metlife coverage may have led him to take on my case simply for the guaranteed payment. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend his services.

I cannot say enough good things about Malcolm. I was the victim of a road rage incident where the perpetrator had a family member pose as a "unbiased witness". They gave a completely false story to the police. I thought my case was hopeless because it was two people's stories against mine. But... I knew the truth and ultimately decided I had to fight this. Malcolm did a phenomenal job getting my DUI reduced. He was Johnny on the spot from the very beginning. He was contacted on my behalf while I was still in processing, without hesitation he agreed to represent me. Not only is he efficient, he is also very honest and forthcoming. He never painted a picture that was far fetched. He told me the facts and what he thought he'd be able to do. He found mistakes made on the officer's end and capitalized on those to turned them in my favor. My case was finished within my speedy trial (90 day) period. He had me almost done with all of my court ordered mandatory requirements, before my sentence was even given. If I could give this Malcolm Anthony 12 stars I seriously would. After weeks of battling between the RMV in Florida, the RMV in my home state, as well as the courts, I felt completely defeated with no answers. Malcom and Beverly were great at assisting me with my driver license issue. He quickly asserted action got all points removed and they made my suspended license valid. Best part is, I didn't have to go to court or pay a D6 clearance fee. I'd say mission accomplished.
