Jason is a true Pro. He's a fantastic demonstration of why "lawyering up" is usually the best option. Jason did a fantastic job in getting me out of a ridiculous lease , that frankly, most other attorneys with "higher profile" names , wouldn't even touch. Jason was a true Pro. I was arrested August 2018. I reached out to several criminal defense attorneys for opinions. Before I made any retainer commitment I was in communication with John Robson. He worked with me at my pace to assure I was in full understanding of everything discussed. He showed far more effort than any other firm I contacted. This stood out to me of course. I decided to retain John Robson and The Bogle firm. At that point I felt I had a fighting chance at the charges I was facing. This feeling of security never changed throughout the long process. In September 2019 I found myself in custody without bond. 6 months later my case was set for trial. I was facing 5 years in prison. During these 6 months I met with Mr. Robson many times. He was my only hope at freedom and he never showed any sign of giving up. John and I fine combed the many details of my case. Exposing many issues with the arrest process, and the arresting officer. Along the way John was in constant communication with my family with any little change. This was huge for me being in custody unable to speak about the case over the jail phone. After months of incarceration the state was not willing to budge. The state clearly thought my best option was prison. The weeks leading up to trial I met with John several times for preparation. These meetings were critical for my willingness to actually go to trial. Never once did John lead me to believe anything non realistic. He was upfront and honest about the entire case. I was as prepared as possible for the worst but very optimistic for a better outcome. The day of trial John was outstanding. He was aggressive in our plan and stuck to it. In conclusion, the day of trial I was with my family for dinner. The state seen his passion and finally realized how strong Mr. Robson’s defense was which led them to back down. This was due to the facts of the case and the dedication of Mr. Robson. My family and I are forever grateful to John Robson and the Bogle firm. This was one of the best days of my life.

One of my tenants was kind over thanksgiving. Allowed a lady to stay with him who had no place to stay. As a favor to a friend. She refused to leave and moved into the storage unit. I used Lucas Law firm to evict her. Because it was over christmas and new year and weekends!! It took 4 weeks. Sad to say but I tried to find her somewhere to stay but she didnt have ID. No motel would take her. Lucas Law firm very professional and diligent. Finally the Sherrifs removed her. I guess we need more low income housing or homeless shelters.

Mr. Robson came highly recommended and I am glad I met with him and hired him. Mr. Robson was in my corner every step of the way during what was a very difficult and stressful time in my life. Mr. Robson visited with me frequently during my case and always talked me about what was going on so that before every court appearance I knew what was going on and what could happen. Mr. Robson fought for me, for months, and eventually all his fighting worked and I got the plea deal I wanted. If I ever need a criminal defense attorney again, hopefully I wont, I will go straight to John. He knows his stuff, knows the system, and fought for what I wanted.
