I recommend the Dellutri Law Group for any legal matters that you may have. I spoke with many other law firms in regards to my mother's home of 35 years plus. She went through a mortgage refinance scam during the mortgage meltdown. No lawyer nor judge wanted to listen to what really went on. They just wanted to rub a stamp a foreclosure. After many months (years) of procrastination, my wife and I had Mark rewrite our outdated wills, trusts, POAs, health care surrogates, etc. Because of the many changes in the governing laws, we learned from Mark that we would have been in trouble had anything happened to either of us before this rewrite. Once we had finalized and signed everything, for ease of future reference, he placed all of our documents in a binder for us and provided us with electronic copies as well. With the overwhelming stress I had with creditors seeking garnishment and unforseen medical bills, I had no choice but to reach out for legal advise.
