Mr Rapkin was the worst attorney I’ve seen. Took my money and then gave bad advise, did little research and preparation, and sat there in court while I did most of the talking. Horrible. You’re better off representing yourself

THE BEST...If you want the number one child custody attorney or divorce lawyer, Then this is your guy. I’ve met a lot of attorneys in my life as well as hired some and I’ve never had one like Jeff Rapkin.

I hired Avard Law, for a Social Security case. I would recommend this firm to anyone. Kimberly Cook and Mike. And everyone at the firm, did a fantastic job. So disappointed in this firm, they missed the timely filing for my hearing so my case was dismissed. I have no idea who my attorney is because I’ve never been able to speak directly with him. I left several messages for Catherine, who they say is my case worker, and never received a call back. I would not recommend this firm.

This law firm seems to only take cases that are easy and most convenient for them. Hardly return phone calls. I've noticed that they tend to have to talk to the next person and then wait for that. Im not a fan.

As for Mr. Musca, my personal opinion, cares about the outcome of his clients and the overall perspective on how his firm is considered.

Mark gave a wonderful presentation to my condo group about “Staying Solvent During Retirement”. It was concise, interesting and delivered in layman’s terms so it was easy to understand. He even shared real life stories of situations he’s come across that were pertinent to the discussion. Everyone enjoyed learning the pitfalls and remedies & gave high praise for the content as well as for Mark, the presenter! Thanks so much!
