As soon as I contacted Jennifer she was very clear about what I needed to do, how she could help and what actions to avoid in removing an abusive and delinquent tenant from my property. I was very concerned about cost having already lost more than I could afford from non payment but I have no question that she saved me much more in the end by hiring her when I did. She was very straightforward and some points were hard to hear at times but she was extremely empathetic to my situation and obviously knowledgeable about the best course of action. I was terrified that I would end up paying for a lawyer who would take as much as I had lost but her goal was a quick resolution at the least impact to us financially and for that I could not be more grateful.

I called Musca law after receiving a serious charge in a commercial vehicle in Florida which cost me my job. It would have cost me much more in the future but Musca law was able to get the charge dismissed. They even worked with me a bit on the cost knowing I was unemployed due to the charge. I will start by saying that I hired the firm of Musca law to help me out on a citation court that I got from a accident that involved a pedestrian, they work with me and did a good job and were able to dismiss the charges and the ticket I have to said that I hold a CDL license and by them getting the ticket dismissed I didn’t get any points take of my license

We retained the firm to help a young man who had gotten himself into trouble. The charge was a felony and all parties were extremely concerned what the outcome might be for this young man. I called the firm on Friday well after 10:00pm and spoke with attorney Di Caro within minutes, we were kept in the loop from start to finish. The felony charge was dismissed. We are eternally grateful for the work the Musca firm did on the case. To top off the great communication, after the case was favorably resolved attorney Musca called me personally. I hope we never have the need again, but if we do, I would put my faith in the firm 100%.

Jennifer helped me remove a troublesome tenant who was never late on rent payments but was making life miserable for the rest of my tenants. She provided excellent service and advice and is worth her weight in gold! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mobile home park and RV park law.
