I would give them a negative 10 on their initial phone questions. They were extremely rude, judge mental and interrupting. Arrogance does not even begin to to describe the person I was talking to, then he abruptly hung up. Do not believe their advertising!!!!!!!!!!!

Luis Gracia and his Team and Rue and Ziffra completely changed our lives for the better. My husband suffered a debilitating stroke at the age of 37 that left him a totally different person. Luis helped us fight to get the social security disability our family needed to help care for our two small kids. Great people, personal service, I highly recommend Rue & Ziffra to anyone in need of legal representation. Dave Sweat is excellent along with Kim Bouck and everyone on staff that has assisted. Both times my family was injured, they helped us through the entire process, so we could focus on our family.

I just want to take this time to thank Tina and Chrissy from Rue and Ziffra for there hard work and dedication to my case.
