My case is still active I switched attorneys because I couldn’t be directed to quality medical care . I am so pleased with my choice to contact and switch to Rue & Ziffra only regret not contacting them first!
There’s been questions and concerns and each time they were quickly addressed in a way I could understand.
On another point no I did not always meet with an attorney but those I’ve met with have been 5 star at knowing what their doing and getting things done! These lawyers work with amazing teams !!

The law firm Rue and Ziffra made my unfortunate situation better way better not only was Luis Gracia on top of my case but his team as well Diane and Shannon. I am very grateful for their expertise and caring nature I will recomen them to everyone I meet they are the right choice and to me the only choice,thank you so much for everything!!!

They always answer the phone in a delightful manner and are never to busy to stop and help me with whatever I may need. From asking questions and getting an update or information to immediately preparing a letter of protection for a doctor's appointment. I used them before and I was so happy with their service that I'm using them for a second time and will do so again should I need to in the future.

After a trip an fall at a complex in Daytona Beach and no response from management, we contacted Rue & Ziffra.
They were accommodating to a fault!
They saw us almost immediately after contacting their office and it was an attorney that we saw, not a receptionist.
In one visit everything was explained to us and all the necessary paperwork signed to initiate action.
I can't say enough about the frankness, honesty and compassion that we received from the people at their office and the follow thru with everything.
