Ive known Wayne Coulter and his firm for over 15 years. When the time came to do our estate planning, I knew who to call. Expertise, knowledge and just good people.

The staff and attorneys at Delzer, Coulter & Bell were absolute professionals when assisting me after my father's sudden death. They take a very stressful situation and walk you through all the paperwork and requirements with patience and expertise. Each time I interacted with them I felt confident that I had a professional and caring team by my side to help me through all the steps of handling his estate. Wayne R. Coulter has been my legal counsel in matters of Trusts and Estates for more than 30 years and I have always found him to be impeccable in integrity, legal knowledge, competence, diligence and concern for my needs and circumstances.

Definitely worth the time and money. Surprisingly, Mr. Coulter answered the telephone when I called to make our first appointment. My wife and I had him and his staff do our POA and Wills. We were given preview copies to review before signing. Mr. Coulter spent the time needed to explain areas on the POA that we did not understand. His staff made clarification changes to our wills, that my wife and I requested, as I explained them on the telephone. The whole process took three office visits. Exceptional responsiveness and service.
