We were fortunate to find Wayne Coulter as our Attorney years ago. After my husbands death I needed to name a new power of attorney and I wanted to update my will. He answered my questions clearly and makes me feel confident in making these important decisions. He and his team were so professional and made me feel secure with their knowledge experience.

My father passed away in Florida and I live in Illinois. I wanted to find an Attorney who could get the process started while I was in Florida and file the Estate and paperwork on my behalf. Mr. Coulter met with my brother and I on a day's notice. He and his assistant Debbie were amazing! They were very well informed and caring with the matter at hand. Everything was clear on what I needed to do and how the process would go. 6 months later, the estate is closed and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

When my Mother passed away in October 2017, Wayne Coulter did an outstanding job in determining the Homestead Status of my Mom's home, and administering and probating her estate. He and his support team handled ALL the details. I literally just had to sign the required documents. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend him!
