So, I’ve previously posted a comment regarding my experience with “Daily Law firm” and is returning to include the following. Not only did he withdraw and keep ALL my funds, but I’m just now finding the settlement agreement he created and provided to the defense, Jonathan never provided it to me before reaching out to opposing council. I’m sorely disappointed that he didn’t fight for me as he should have. By the way the settlement was forced due to his action. This was a tough lesson learned, but non the less, a valuable lesson. Update 4/30/24: I’ve filed a complaint with the FL Bar and is waiting for them to complete their investigation. Update 8/2/24: the bar committee spoke with both me and Daily (on separate occasions) a few months ago to explain our view of what took place, a few weeks ago I found a deposit for $2500 in my account made by Daily’s office. This was the amount he said he would return to me but withheld without good reason. I was extremely surprised with what took place, and very happy. I hope my post can help someone else who might have felt helpless 😊

Daily Law was a great law firm & was willing to take a very challenging case.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Barreau Legal. Jamy was very professional and made me feel so comfortable with his knowledge of Estate Planning. I had many questions and did not understand the various options that were available. He took the time to explain the different options and made sure I was comfortable with the final choices I made. I did not feel like he was pressuring me into anything. He made the whole process seem so simple and easy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced estate planner.

If you’re looking for an immigration lawyer, I highly recommend the law office of Olivia C. Cummings. From the beginning consultation call, she was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. She took the stress out of the entire process, and was there for us every step of the way. Jonathan and his team defended me in a malicious prosecution case that went to court today. The motion to dismiss that Jonathan‘s team filed was right on point The judge was able to see that this was in fact a malicious prosecution and he read the plaintiff the riot act My job is to defend my granddaughters land trust and hiring Jonathan and his team was absolutely the right thing to do.
