Mr. Martin and his staff are engaging, professional and very open to answering all follow up questions. During the course of preparing my case, Mr. Martin's instructions, guidance were clear and concise and my respect for his legal expertise, extensive experience and depth of knowledge only grew as we approached the date of my case hearing. It’s not uncommon for attorneys to consult with other attorneys. An area of law surfaced that was outside my scope of Practice. Jon was happy to take the time to give me thoughtful and sound advice. I’d highly recommend Jon Martin.

Just received my chapter 7 discharge. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Martin was available to answer my endless questions, often injecting a wry sense of humor which helped to put me at ease. He thoroughly described to me what to expect at my meeting with the trustee, and although I was advised to answer all questions truthfully, having a pretty good idea of the questions that would be asked also made that experience less stressful. I cannot say enough about this man. So patient, good instincts, good decisions, so personable. Did I mention patient? He put up with my million questions without batting an eye. A little more expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY! He saved me from 3 to 5 years wallowing in a chapter 13. I'm so happy I quit my original attorney. Hired Martin earlier this year to do a chapter 7. promised to research my case and get it done on time. He showed up late for court and had not idea of the facts of the case. Refused to answer any questions about the case. Had to hire another lawyer to finish and clean up the missing in incomplete documents.
