Attorney Nico Apfelbaum and Sarah helped me with all legal documents and negotiations required for the purchase of my dental practice ( from letter of intent, APA and employment agreements). They were always keeping me updated with negotiations and looked for my best interest. The best part is that Nico also speaks Spanish!
