I was in a bad motorcycle accident and the rehab center where they sent me infected my leg while I was brought back to the hospital a friend of mine got in touch with Frank for me and he immediately called me the next day he came to the hospital he asked me questions and he got my case started. Unfortunately, I had the mishap of dealing with a referred, reputable motorcycle repair business. The shop kept my bike for over 4 months, racked up a lot of charges with new parts and labor, then decided they couldn’t locate the problem. Had my bike towed to another mechanic that solved the issue within 30 mins. A squirrel chewed through an electrical wire. Met with Mr. Santini concerning options I could take to recoup some of the monetary charges. He listened intently with compassion of my concerns and provided options with details. Mr. Santini was extremely helpful in the path I should pursue.
