I am a former student of Ms.Seace. A close family member had a small run in with legal issues so I recommended her as the best Criminal Defense Lawyer in the Tampa Bay Area. Ms.Seace is indeed professional and knowledgeable in Criminal Defense. She is by far the best and I will continue to recommend her.

Ms.Seace is one of the best attorneys I have come across yet! Super professional, compassionate about her clients and very determined to get the best outcome there is. She’s literally been there for me since day one, answering any calls, texts, questions I had about my case and fought until the very end and got me one of the best deals ever. I can’t thank her enough for how amazing she was and how amazing she fought my case, even AFTER my case was done she still helped me with one last motion and never left any question or concerned unanswered. I can not begin to describe the level of professionalism and dedication we have received from Kim. I fought my case with other lawyers for almost a year and ms.kim seace was assigned to take over my case mid way through.she fought for me and made sure my side of the story was told properly .she challenged the prosecutors and cross exami examined their evidence. Our case was dropped before even going to pre trial.i would definitely retain her for service if needed ever again she saved my freedom.at the time she was my public defender but for now on will call her for any legal troubles

Ms. Seace took over my husband's case after it had been appealed and he was let out of jail....due to a corrupt Judge and a prosecutor who was dead set on getting "her numbers" counted. He was arrested again, for the same charges, and just as in the first case, ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE, the State again tried to put him back in prison. He had a sentence of life and 30 years. Ms. Seace fought for him because she knew that he was innocent. Charges were dropped with a super ceding charge and he was out, NO PROBATION, NO MONITORING, NO NOTHING EXCEPT FOR COURT COST. I don't think that it would have turned out as well if it had not been for her tenacity, calmness, superior knowledge in the courtroom. We would recommend her to anyone we know, if we thought or knew that they were innocent.

My case had to be handled from out of state and Kim Seace made the experience trouble free. She was clear in letting me know my options.
