Mark Germaine is very professional and great at what he does. I was very surprised how he had done exactly what I told him I wanted him to do. Alot of lawyers will sell you a dream to get you to hire them, so they can get paid before they finish your case.. Mark's main concern is getting you the best possible outcome.

Great service. Even when the insurance company low balled me with an offer, the attorneys said no way!! Even though money cant replace living in pain, the attorneys at Germain & McCarthy got the maximum allowed from the insurance company. Thank you!!
