If you like to be treated like a person, very caring and honest, he's the attorney for you. About 3 years ago, I was charged with very serious charges that could have given me prison time. It was a very complex case that involved St. Augustine police department and Rome, GA police department. Ryan had to investigate work in the case for me because the prosecutor wasn't going to do it. He pulled my phone and financial records. He did what he had to do to prove my innocence. This was a very bad time in my life, I felt like my life was over. I have grandkids and a lot of people that depended on me, prison wasn't option. The price I was quoted was very fair and did not change. I was found not guilty. He also arranged my expungement. I was very pleased with Mr. Albaugh's work and dedication, I highly recommend him for anyone!
