Peter Robertson has been our attorney for a few years. I had found him honest, very knowledgeable in construction law. I consider my relationship with him not only as lawyer/client, but also as my friend. I had recommended him to several construction companies who work for us and had a problem in the past and would not hesitate to recommend him again in the future.

I wish to express my appreciation for the legal services of Peter A. Robertson and his legal staff. He has represented my stucco business American Lathing Of North Florida Inc. for over three years. He is very knowledgeable of Construction law. When I have had a problem with contracts, and lien disputes he has explained the options I have, and he has expertly handled any situation that arises. He has character beyond reproach, and I admire him a great deal. I would highly recommend his services to any one who needs good representation.

Pete took lead in our action from a highly recommended, under perporming lawyer. Performance was exlempery - always available & informative. When case moved into a specialty area of law outside his domain, he immediately recommended a specialist who, with his help, achieved a successful conclusion. We were very pleased with Pete. Additionally, Pete proudly served his Country as a company grade Marine officer in combat.

I have engaged the services of Peter Robertson on more than one occasion over the past 7 years. He and his firm have always treated me with the highest degree of respect. His staff kept me well informed as to the status for the respective matters, and I am always provided copies of case-specific correspondence for my information and review. In a most recent case, which would normally be a "standard procedural matter", there was an astonishing number of curves thrown into the matter to provide distraction from the real issue. Mr. Robertson had the resources and knowledge to bring closure in spite of the added distractions. While I have not had to utilize his trial skills, the knowledge that he is a Board Certified Trial Lawyer provides an additional level of confidence should the matter require such actions.

Peter A. Robertson accepted document in writing, notarized to retain, and he immediately turned request for litigation attorney to several associates in the firm, none of which knew answers to questions that opposing attorneys posed in judges' chambers with clients present. Robertson was fired by several who retained him. We, a professional couple, as former clients, cannot overemphasize the lack of ability, attention to clients' needs, knowledge of the districts within which he had to work, nor his concern for or keeping clients informed.
Robertson did not know important information as asked by opposing attorneys in judges' chambers. the follow up question below is mis-leading, since a partner of the firm did take our case involving several clients under the Perter A. Robertson Group.
Although the case continues, this attorney left the firm that bore his name. We, as former clients fired him as soon as was feasible. The facts speak for themselves: this case continues after 10 years and is still to be resolved with invoices accruing.
