Very impressive professionalism, the way he dotted every i and crossed all the t's. I was kept informed of every turn or change in the case with exceptional team work and communication with all involved in his office while keeping me advised to appointment's and scheduling details associated with the case. The quality and skills of the expert's that I was treated by was second to none! I feel confident I could recommend this attorney and be at ease with the results he would produce. I'm very thankful for the attention I received and the way I was made to feel as if I was there only client. I couldn't be any more pleased with the result of my case.

Tom Copeland and his legal assistant Lisa Allen were so helpful to me through the process of receiving compensation for the injuries I incurred from my car accident. I have hired Tom Copeland a couple times for legal help, and most recently, when I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Christmas day, 2013. He has always been extremely helpful, kind and considerate and talks to his clients as if there were old friends. He walked me through every step of my case after I was T-boned in Orlando, on December 25, 2013, when someone ran a red traffic light. I was in a lot of pain and very upset! It was Christmas! He guided me through the process and he and his legal assistant were always available to answer my questions, or they were sure to return my call right away. In addition, he took the time to explain the process to me so I always understood what was going on and was never confused of felt like I was left in the dark. I am confident that I got the absolute best results at the conclusion of my case. I will certainly contact him if I need assistance or advise again in the future. What I liked most about Mr. Copeland as an attorney was that he was sure to kept updated on the status of my case and when I had concerns, Mr. Copeland took the time to either meet with me in person or call me. I used Mr. Copeland in the past and found him to be an honest and kind person. So, after I was rear-ended at a red light, I called him. I had an overall great experience with this office and I really appreciated having Mr. Copeland call me himself and not just having someone in the office call when I had questions. I thank Mr. Copeland and his staff for working with me. My advice to anyone in the same situation as I was is to try and be patient and have confidence that you have a lawyer that is there working for you.
