Our small company hired Mercer Kutch and paid them thousands of dollars to handle our case. It was NOT money well spent. While Matt Mercer is personally nice, in hindsight he made tactical legal errors that hindered our case. Further, without our prior knowledge or consent, in the middle, Matt transferred the case to a new junior associate at his firm. Thereafter, we were billed for hours of additional legal time that was spent by the associate who apparently needed to come up to speed on the history of our case. We paid the fees without complaining but it was unprofessional and left a very bad impression. Also, the "front end" of MercerKutch was sub-par. Overall, I would not use this firm again.

Mr. Mercer is a great sincere honest person to speak with.

Mercer Kutch is an excellent law firm. Matt Mercer expertly helped me and my family with a construction law issue. Our builder had improperly poured the concrete foundation. Matt provided us legal counsel that helped solve our construction issues!

Just received (from a "No-Reply" mailbox) an unsigned admonishment from someone at this firm. (I'm betting the rude secretary) Long story short: Was scheduled for a 20 minute consultation ($25) called at the scheduled time and received an odd message while never being connected ""Mercer Law PA, Server error. Try again later". Tried 2 more times with the same result. Called their main number with again, the same result. Received a call from "Rude Secretary" TELLING me I was forgetful and inconsiderate and that I was going to be charged even though I "forgot" to call in at my allotted time. I attempted to communicate with the RS, the nature of the issue and was ignored. RS then told me the lawyer would speak to me but only for 10 minutes because of my rudeness and inconsideration. I declined and will not be using nor recommending this firm.

hello everyone ….attention please!!!! I have been waiting for a survey almost for one year….thinking that this lawyer will be correct and send me my money back …..the money what he took from me …over $3000…. Trying to calling him to make any agreement good for him and for me….but they even don’t want to talk to me ….the easier way to close my case…. Is block this person ….This is what they think to block me, and problem is resolved.. No it’s not…..I never wrote any review about anyone. I mean bad review, but that one is for my 60 years worst…. I ever have in my life. I know they think I’m came from other country and I don’t understand English very well. Specially, nothing about laws… it is so easy to take money from people like me and block them….but this is not correct I am still waiting for my money and I never want to give up. I will go anywhere and everywhere to tell everyone my story. I work very very hard for that money that they took from me ,and they did not work at all for the money ,they got so easy. I will go on the news channel. I will send a letter to supreme court. I will just let the people know what they doing and how they are treating their clients. hopefully see you one day in the court. I never want to stop till I get my money back.

I have a fellow lawyer for over 20 years experience, Matt Mercer is a great lawyer and litigator.

Retired disabled veteran with a contract issue with a very predatory company. This firm of professionals quickly and with superior results fixed the issue and saved me over 6K. Mr Mercer and his team were always there and kept me informed. Ms Lauren is their admin person and she is truly a sweetheart (hint she needs a pay raise lol). I give 5 stars with pleasure and would use them again if needed in the future.
