I was in a LTR with a very dishonest individual. The person swindled me out of assets based on false documents he presented to me. I called the Florida Bar Association and the Mercer Law Firm was recommended and I was assigned Attorney Elizabeth Kutch. She did a very impressive job. I would highly recommend this firm, especially Attorney Kutch.

Working with Matt was a pleasure. He has the knowledge and experience to handle my case and was able to negotiate a very fair settlement form an insurance company. The only hiccup was his receptionist who’s attitude had me ready to quit. Maybe she was going thru a rough patch. Was finally able to get a working relationship established but I sincerely did not want to deal with her at all. Great lawyer and firm. Highly recommend Matt and Ms. Koch.
