Brad is a knowledgeable and professional attorney who was able to help me achieve the result I was looking for while also educating me on the process. While I wish we had met under happier circumstances, I have zero complaints about Brad and his office.

My family and I can not say enough wonderful things about Brad and his office to truly capture just how awesome they were. Our backs were again the wall and just one call to Brad drastically changed the situation for our betterment. Immediately Brad and his office jumped into action and represented our minor Son in a criminal matter. Due to Brad’s leadership and thoughtful advice our adversaries were stopped dead in the tracks and the situation was dissolved. My wife and I truly believe 100% that without Brad our Son would have been steamrolled by the lying County Detectives. We now have Brad’s office in our contacts just in case any other BS should ever arise. In closing, and on a lighter note, we now have to exclude Brad when telling derogatory lawyer jokes.

After hiring an incompetent lawyer, that took my money me, Bradley took the case and helped navigating through the legal system and help keep my son from going to prison for something that didn’t warrant that level of punishment. Over a year ago my family started on a wild journey with my high function Autistic son and the court system. We attended an initial hearing where the court recommended that we return with an attorney. On our way out to the car we ran across Brad Waldrop speaking with some associates and he took the time to talk with my son and I about our case. I called Brad the next week and enlisted him to represent us at our next court hearing. The State Attorney's Office continued to pursue my son's case even when there were no victims interested in them pursuing the charge. Brad stuck to our original discussions and never wavered as the court continued our case month after month for a year. He spent time with my son to explain to him what the process was and assured him he would do everything he could to have the case dismissed. Brad was true to his word and worked very hard on his behalf and this month the State finally decided to dismiss charges. I would recommend Brad and his practice (especially Legal Assistant Jess) to anyone who needs competent and fair representation.

This was my first time ever having legal trouble. It was very challenging at times but from the first conversation, I felt like Bradley spoke with me more as a friend than an attorney.
