We had been dragging our feet on getting our estate planning finalized. Although we knew it was important to finish and sign all these documents, we were struggling with understanding the legal wording and purpose for each one. Victoria at Generations of Trust was extremely patient with us, explaining each document in simple terms that we could understand, and confirming to us that all our concerns with our estate would be handle the way we had expressed to her by executing the proper legal documents. The entire staff was always professional and responsive, replying to e-mails or returning phone calls within just a few days (or less!). I would highly recommend Generations of Trust for any estate planning you think you may need, as they really take the time to go over everything you need based on your circumstances. Victoria also helped us with the legal documentation needed to "buy out" one of three siblings sharing in an Inherited IRA. With her help, we were able to amicably resolve one party exiting the IRA while not disturbing the remaining parties interest in future earnings. Thank you Victoria, Katie, and all the team at Generations of Trust for giving us peace of mind and always answering all of our many questions!
